chan mee kwam sook!

means im very happy!! cause ive been going through a non-carbo diet and jogging since 2 weeks ago.

&&&& i lost 4 kgs!!! wahahha damn happy! still a long way to go but my target is xxkg before bangkok.

this few days haven been drinking cause ive been meeting up with kristal.
she had a sudden crave for nasi lemak and so we drove down to changi for her nasi lemak.
super tempting.. den down to katong for some chill chill session.

work tmr again.. jog later with meiling...=)))

airtix book, leaving on the may 14 - 18.
we are taking jetstar again but we are gonna stay at Shangri-la Bangkok!!!
all thanks to fen cause she's working under the hotel line.

location wise i dun think its near platinum but i dun mind staying there seriously..

i miss pha thad, tom yum soup, thai ice milk tea... droools...

something for me to look forward though after all this torturous days..
work tmr and should i go for a jog tmr? cause jogging alone seems kinda scary...but hack...

diet

im on a strict and intensive diet now, only had salad for today and i have to go on for 1 month.
the only thing that will make me happy is the end result!

and i must abstain from drinking for this one month too!!! arghhs seriously its suck. =(

nvm i just need to think of the nice nice clothes im gonna buy and spend my 1k like monopoly money in BKK!!!!!

im now stuck at home because of leave without pay, it makes me feel so lazy to go to work tmr.
met up with kristal after so long since the skin times,
she came and fetch me & we went to holland v to chill chill..
den she suggested going gaming so we went to selegie but full house..
in the end we headed to carpenter st to play left4dead, and im a noob in gaming.

met up with jessica ystd, been seeing her more this few days.
she was telling me about her church service about the needs for each woman and man.
so for the first 3 needs for woman: affection, conversation and honesty.
as for the first 3 needs for man: sexual fufilment, recreational companionship and attractive spouse.

i think its very impt for both parties to know in order for a relationship to last.
and she kinda enlighten me..

& i cant wait for bangkok ... 2 more months.. =(
